Defining Employees' Skill Levels

Juno’s admins can easily define their company's skill levels and make them specific to the company.

Admins can customize the titles and descriptions of skill levels to the specific way they perceive employee development and definitions of each knowledge level, using a scale with 3, 4, or 5 levels.

Adjust skill levels

 

Adjusting skill levels is straightforward and simple.

It’s important to note, that adjusting skills levels will impact all company employees. 
The admin simply needs to select the "Add Level" button located at the top right, which leads to a prompt for entering the skill's name and description. For this, ensure there are no more than 5 levels already in place.

Delete skill levels

 

Deleting a skill level is as simple as creating one.
To delete a skill level, there must be over 3 levels already implemented. The admin can initiate this by selecting the trash can icon next to the desired skill to remove. A confirmation prompt will appear, asking to verify the removal and advising that it will impact all company users.
When a skill is removed any users in that specific level will be adjusted to the level below.
