How do I create, manage and track budget

As the administrator of the platform, you are managing the learning budget of your organization. In this article, we will go over all budget actions you might need to use.

Creating a budget-

STEP 1: In order to create credit go to the Admin tab -> budget.


step 2: Go to the Credits tab: "Credit policies" to define what approval flows you wish to define. Juno enables you to set approval flows and policies by price, no. of requests, direct manager approval and subscription management.


STEP 3: Creating the credits: Go to the tab "Credits" and "Create credit"


Create a name for the credit, Set its limit, and select the users you want to create this credit for. 

If you wish to make changes in the future, always come back to the credits tab and add the changes. 

Once you have set the company budget under your user, you can go to any user you wish and allocate part of that budget to his user.

 

STEP 4: Once you have allocated a budget to users, you can see in the Users table how much budget they have spent and how much they still have in their Juno "Wallet".

 

How to keep track of requests

Your users are always using the Juno catalog, finding epic external content, free or paid. Once a user found paid content they wish to learn, they may submit a request for its purchasing.

Go to Admin -> Budget

In the table below you can see all of the requests users made for paid content and their status.

The table displays for you: Who made the request, for which training, of which provider, when was the request made, what is the price, and the status of the request.

You can use the filters or Sort by's to edit the view you wish to have:

 

 

How to get a view of budget analytics and report

Juno Journey allows you to create your own analytic and report view, according to any time frame, filters, breakdowns, and data layers you wish.

In order to get an overview of the current budget usage status, go to 
Admin -> Analytics in the left side menu.


STEP 1: Create a new widget: Set the activity for "Budget requests"

 

STEP 2: Add any type of filter you wish to see the results

 

STEP 3: You can add multiple Breakdown settings to create your report


STEP 4: Once ready, define the time frame you wish to see, give the widget a title and click "Create"
