1. Some courses disappeared from my Udemy account- Please contact Juno support with your Udemy account email, course name, and purchase date. We will issue a new voucher for you to repurchase the course.

- Make sure you enter the card information correctly
- Do not repeatedly re-attempt your transaction if it fails. Check that your information is correct before retrying.
- If you continue to encounter issues, please visit the Udemy Help Center, which has extensive troubleshooting resources, as well as the option to contact Udemy Support. Please be sure to provide details regarding the payment issue you’re encountering, and your account information, when contacting Udemy Support.
- B. Not enough money on the card
- From time to time, Udemy has promotions, and the course prices fluctuate. First, make sure to purchase the course on Udemy at the same time you purchase the voucher on Juno. This will ensure that the amount on your voucher is equal to the current course price.

- C. Other Issues
- If you have been unable to resolve issues with purchasing by following the guidelines outlined above, you can reach out to Udemy Support and your case will be evaluated.
- You can also escalate to your Juno representative for assistance. It will be necessary to provide your Juno representative with the email associated with the account as well as the last 4 digits on the card being attempted.
