How to Create a Custom Request
To create a custom request, simply head over to your Juno Journey homepage.
On the bottom left, click on your name and then on "Create Custom Request".

According to the budget approval flow of your company, your request may be waiting for manager/admin approval, or it might be sent to Juno for processing.

What does Pending Purchase mean?
Once your request has been submitted (and, if needed, approved by a manager or admin), its status will change to "Pending Purchase".
The "Pending Purchase" status indicates that Juno is in the process of fulfilling your request, and you'll soon receive a Voucher.
Once you get your Voucher, the status of your request will be changed to "Voucher Generated"

Q: Can I buy a book using a Custom Request?
A: Yes! Almost any online merchant accepting credit cards can be accessed using Juno Journey.
Q: Can I create a request for my team?
A: Yes! You can create a Custom Request on Behalf of other employees. Remember that you can only use the credits/budget available to you (personal, extra learning credit, etc.), even when creating a request for a colleague.
