Dashboard Tab

The dashboard tab serves as a central hub for the learner's educational and developmental activities. This key feature is where users first land to overview their learning journey, goals, and current opportunities. It's designed to provide a comprehensive snapshot of the learner’s progress and upcoming tasks.

Let's take a look at each section inside the learner’s dashboard in order to better understand their use and value. 

Personalized Welcome Card

This dynamic feature greets the learner by name and displays the learner’s current learning content from either the LMS or LXP. It’s a personalized touch that makes the learning experience more engaging and tailored to the learner.

Progress Overview

Learners can stay on top of their growth with our new Progress Overview! This section provides a clear summary of their achievements and remaining goals in their personal growth plans. They can quickly see the number of tasks completed and skills mastered, and the date of their last growth plan update.

What’s Next?

Our task display feature helps learners stay focused and meet their goals. Each goal is represented by a card detailing the next actionable task, prioritized by the nearest deadline or duration if no deadline exists. This ensures learners always know what to tackle next keeping them perfectly aligned with their priorities.

Assignments Section

To further streamline task management, we have replaced the old 'My Assignments' tab with a new section, organizing assignments by due date for easy tracking. If an assignment lacks a due date, it’s sorted by the date it was given. This update helps learners effortlessly manage their workload and stay ahead of deadlines.

Opportunities

We are pleased to introduce a feature that highlights career growth opportunities within the company. The dashboard now showcases current job openings and the learner's match to these roles. Learners can easily see how well their profile aligns with each job, along with potential salary increases. This empowers learners to envision their future within the company and take proactive steps toward career advancement.
