The Manager's View offers managers a detailed overview of their team's learning activities and content engagement, along with a streamlined process for managing Voucher requests, enhancing team learning oversight.

Users

The Users section provides managers with a snapshot of their employees' general information, such as position, job title, last activity on Juno, group associations, and other personal data synced from the HR system.

 

 

A key feature here is the ability to view details of employees from groups where the manager has admin rights. Moreover, if a manager's direct report is also a manager, they can view information about their direct reports as well.

 

managers can filter between direct and indirect employees to have a focused approach to managing and understanding their team's dynamics and performance on Juno.

 


 

Content

Internal Content Management

This section offers insights into the internal content interactions of employees. Managers can view data like enrolment rates, last activity, and more. They can filter content based on various criteria and access individual training analytics.

  • Filters: Ability to separate content based on direct employees, group associations, and content type (assigned, self-enrolled, etc.).

  • Analytics: By selecting a specific training, managers can access detailed analytics for that course. This feature allows for an in-depth review on a pre-training basis rather than a general overview. Click here to learn more about Course and Journey analytics.
  • Actions: Options to notify employees about training completion or assign unenrolled employees.

 

External Content Management

Managers can oversee external content consumed by their employees, including both free and paid courses. They can access details like provider name, training type, and learner interaction.

  1. Content Overview:

    • Training List: A compilation of all external content, categorized by provider name, training type, and cost.
    • Learner Interaction: Information on the number of employees who have interacted with each training.
  2. Detailed Content Insights:

    • Individual Training Analysis: Clicking on a training reveals specifics like employee interaction, purchase dates, and prices for paid courses.
    • Learning Progress Status: Indicates whether an employee has not started, is in progress, or has completed the training. This status is updated manually by employees, as tracking on external providers’ sites is not available.

 


 

Budget

The Budget section is a key feature in the Manager's View, allowing managers to efficiently handle Voucher requests related to employee learning and development expenses.

Key Functions:

  • Review Voucher Requests: Approve or Decline Requests -Managers can approve or decline these requests based on budget availability and alignment with team learning objectives.
  • Track Budget Utilization: Offers a clear view of current budget status, helping to maintain financial oversight. Use the Export button to download a comprehensive table with all the information provided in the Budget tab.
